Established in 1965, Victor Hall & Sons Antiques has been an established family business for over 40 years specialising in collecting fine antiques and in designing and constructing bespoke furniture. Located in Essex, England we have sold to dealers, decorators and private clients worldwide.
Painted Lacquered Furniture "Chinoiserie"
We specialise in the making of exquisite pieces of painted lacquered furniture. Made by craftsman with extreme emphasis on quality and perfection. Made from 200 year old timbers. We hold stock of pieces in a variety of colours but can produce to your style and requirements. Our mirrors are vauxhall bevelled and distressed. You are invited to our workshops where you can witness the many stages of producing a beautiful piece of "Chinoiserie" furniture. Both "Gold Leaf" and "Ducth Metal" are used in abundance by our gilders and artists to make each piece a very original piece of furniture.
Bespoke Furniture
We also create copies of some of the finest quality English and Continental furniture ever made. Furniture can be custom built in our "bespokes" workshop by our own cabinet makers and dedicated restorers. We use 100 year old timbers and all items are made and polished using traditional techniques. You are invited to visit our workshop to inspect the craftsmanship and meet our cabinet makers and dedicated restorers.
Bars
For many years we have manufactured bars for home and commercial use and have sold to customers all over the world. Bars can be custom made to your requirements and we also usually carry over 25 in stock. Whether you are looking for a large 20 foot bar for a restaurant or an 8 foot bar for your games room at home we have many in stocks for you to chose from.
