Walnut Veneered Queen Anne Style Chair

Queen Anne Style furniture appeared in 1702 and was popular until the end of the century. It moved away from lavish decoration presenting a style characterised by line and form. Ornamentation became restrained and was replaced by an emphasis on the materials used. Our Queen Anne style chair complements the style with its beautiful curved legs and back and the spectacular effect of our use of Walnut veneer. The comfortable seat can be upholstered in cloth or leather.

Most of our furniture can be made in Mahogany, Walnut, Burr Walnut, Pollard Oak, Rosewood, Yew Oyster and Walnut Oyster and only British hardwood is used. We stock an extensive selection of exotic veneers for special commissions.

Due to natural fluctuations in wood grain and colour the final finish may vary. Exact matches cannot be guaranteed, however our skilled polishers do achieve a very close match to customer requirements.

Our workshops are open seven days a week but please make an appointment so a member of staff is available for your enquiries.
